The Artflex takes the hand-stitched moccasin and gives it a working edge. A moc toe front, a plain lace-up throat, and nothing surplus to it — the shape does the talking. In Dark Khaki it sits in the same earthy register as the Greenflex: a warm tobacco brown that's as easy with tailoring as it is with denim.
Built the way Astorflex build everything — vegetable-tanned leather, natural crepe underfoot, and no synthetic shortcuts.

A note on crepe: natural rubber is soft and bouncy underfoot but porous, so it darkens as it picks up the street. That's part of the deal.
The Astorflex shoe factory was founded in 1820 in the small town of Castel d'Ario, Mantova, Italy, where our facilities are still located and owned by the same family.
