Please note: Refunds are issued on full priced or faulty items only.

If you wish to return a Sale item please note only Exchange or Store Credit will be issued. If a discount code has been applied Sale is considered final & no returns will be accepted. 

Please ensure you are aware of these terms before sending any item back to us as we will not take responsibility for posting back if return request is denied.

 

No returns on Gift Cards.

FULL TERMS & RETURNS INSTRUCTIONS AS FOLLOWS:

 

RETURNS / EXCHANGE / REFUNDS

If you wish to send something back to us please complete the RETURN FORM supplied below after reading our terms & follow the outlined steps. 

 

FULL PRICE ITEMS

We will happily accept returns on all full priced items for exchange, store credit or refund within 30 days of purchase providing item is in brand new, unworn, re-sellable condition (Please note- if an item is returned to us in condition we do not deem re-sellable, no exchange, credit or refund will be offered. This includes any sign of wear, removed tags, marks on fabric, creased leather on shoes, marks to soles of shoes or anything else we deem to cause the item to be unsellable.)
Orders can be returned at the customers own expense unless item is faulty. (If you believe item is faulty, email us at info@providencestore.au for a pre-paid label first. All other returns buyer responsible for postage.) Please use a reliable and trackable return service, as we will not take responsibility for any returns lost or damaged in transit. If you wish to exchange, we will cover the cost of the replacement item posted out. If a refund is processed in store please be aware we are authorised to credit the same card the original transaction was completed on only.

SALE ITEMS

Please note, Sale items (Items that have already been discounted on the website or in store) will not be refunded unless found to have a fault or are different to how they are represented on website. Exchange or store credit will be offered on returned Sale items provided they are returned within 15 days of purchase. This includes items that were not on sale at time of purchase but are at time of return. If we are unable to fulfil exchange request, we will issue store credit either via email or in person. Follow the same returns process as stated in the Full Price Items section above.

Any Sale item that has had a discount code applied by customer is considered Final Sale & no return will be accepted unless there is a fault.

Please note- if an item is returned to us in condition we do not deem resellable no exchange, credit or refund will be offered & you will be responsible for postage of item back to you. This includes any signs of wear, any noticeable smell, removed tags, creased leather on shoes, marks to soles of shoes or anything else that has caused the item to not be resellable).

We will not accept any returns on undergarments (socks, underwear, tank tops etc) or grooming products.

  • Free Standard Shipping on all purchases over $75 within Australia
  • Standard Shipping on all purchases under $75 within Australia $10
  • Express shipping on all purchases within Australia $15
  • Local Pick Up option is free for all purchases (please wait until you receive confirmation from us that your order is available for collection before coming in to the store. Pick up only available during store trading hours.
  • International Postage $30


Please allow up to 48 hours for orders to be processed & verified.

You will be sent confirmation & tracking info via email once your order has been processed.

We ship to the Delivery Address provided at checkout with Australia Post Parcel Post. If you require extra security please mark 'Signature On Delivery' in the note section when placing your order as we can't be responsible for where an item may be left or what happens to it once it reaches your address.
Shipping/delivery times may vary based on location.


Orders outside of Australia are sent via Australia Post Parcel Post. Upon arrival into receiving country the local courier then takes claim of shipments and deliveries.

Please note, International customers are responsible for any duties or taxes applicable in their region.
