ONLINE RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns on full-price items purchased online for exchange, store credit or refund within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached, and shoes must be returned in their original box.

All Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

FULL TERMS & RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

To return a full-price (non-Sale) item, complete the RETURN FORM, include a printed copy in your package, and follow the steps below.

Full-Price Items

We accept returns on all full-price items for exchange, store credit or refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is in brand new, unworn, re-sellable condition. Proof of purchase is required.

Please note: if an item is returned in a condition we don't consider re-sellable, no exchange, credit or refund will be offered. This includes any sign of wear, removed tags, marks on fabric, creased leather on shoes, scuffs or marks to soles, or anything else that prevents resale. Shoes must be returned in their original box — returns without the box will not be accepted.

Postage

  • Returns are sent at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty.
  • If you believe your item is faulty, email us at info@providencestore.au with a description and any relevant photos. If the fault is confirmed, we'll provide a pre-paid return label.
  • For exchanges, we'll cover the postage on the replacement item sent back out to you.
  • Please use a reliable, trackable return service — we cannot take responsibility for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Sale Items

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they have a major fault or differ from how they were represented online. If you believe an item is faulty, email us at info@providencestore.au — if approved, we'll issue a pre-paid return label.

If you purchase an item at full price and it goes on sale within 2 weeks of purchase, we will accept it for exchange or credit note within that 2-week window.

We do not accept returns on undergarments (socks, underwear, tank tops, etc.) or grooming products.

Download the RETURN FORM, complete it, include it with your package, and post to:

Please allow up to 2 business days (Mon–Fri) for returns to be processed once received.

IN-STORE RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Please note: we do not offer refunds on in-store purchases. In-store returns are accepted for exchange or store credit only, unless the item is deemed faulty.

SHIPPING

  • Free Standard Shipping on all Australian orders over $100
  • Standard Shipping within Australia (orders under $100): $10
  • Express Shipping within Australia: $15
  • Local Pick Up: Free on all orders. Please wait for our collection confirmation before coming into the store. Pick-up is only available during store trading hours.
  • International Shipping: $30

Please allow up to 48 hours for orders to be processed and verified. Once processed, you'll receive confirmation and tracking details by email.

Orders ship to the delivery address provided at checkout via Australia Post Parcel Post. If you'd like added security, please add "Signature On Delivery" to the note section at checkout — we can't take responsibility for where a parcel is left once it reaches your address. Shipping and delivery times may vary based on location.
