Concrete lions guarding the front gate, rendered pillars and grand columns, arched porches and wrought iron. These are the homes built by the Italian and Greek families who settled in North Perth after the war. They brought their own sense of style to the suburb, along with the backyard vines and the fig trees out the front. Many of the houses are still standing on the streets around our North Perth store, and this design is our tribute to them- screen printed locally in three colours.
The tee is a heavyweight 240 gsm cotton, garment dyed after it’s made. That gives it a softly washed, faded finish and a broken-in feel from the first wear. The cut is slightly boxy and relaxed, with a dropped shoulder and a little extra room through the body. It’s made for everyday wear and to be worn on repeat for years.
